Two male leads + zombies + no special powers + no rebirth + no golden finger + nation and people + rescue missions + romance + redemption and healing
A blend of many elements: passionate action, patriotism, brotherhood, authority figures, and overwhelming combat prowess
1.
Mysterious creatures descend, and humans mutate into zombies.
National rescue teams save survivors, never abandoning a single person of Huaguo.
2.
And yet!
In the apocalypse, the rules haven't collapsed. They've only grown more complete. Evil people deserve to die.
Shen Jizhou serves under the nation's highest commander and has the highest level of authority. Ling Lingfeng is an unofficial member of the team, enjoying the benefits without lifting a finger.
3.
At first, Ling Lingfeng: "Shen Jizhou, are you freaking crazy?"
Later, Ling Lingfeng: "Brother Shen, my face is a little itchy."
Shen Jizhou smacks him.
Ling Lingfeng grins. "Thanks, Brother Shen."
The others: "Captain, how did you turn that mad dog Ling Lingfeng into a puppy?"
Shen Jizhou looks confused. "Did I? That's just his nature."
