A high school student and a sharp-tongued orange cat have a makeover time on campus. The watch is standard equipment for interns of the "Time Management Bureau". Lin Xiao is a sophomore in high school who was mistakenly bound due to an accident. The real administrator is a grumpy cat (who can speak human language) who needs the protagonist's assistance in completing daily tasks - fixing "time wrinkles" (small historical bugs).
