Haunted House Agent: I Exploit Loopholes to Make the Supernatural Weep

Chen Mo, a real estate agent, spent 180,000 yuan on a haunted house the day he was laid off.

The first thing he saw when he walked in was writing that no one else could see:

[Rule One: Do not look in the mirror after midnight.]

[Note: Crack sunflower seeds in front of the mirror, and the ghost inside will come out to snack with you. It lacks much social experience, so it's easy to talk to.]

Other people entering a haunted house: follow the rules, gamble with their lives, and tremble in fear.

Chen Mo entering a haunted house: read the notes first, then negotiate an employment contract with the ghost.

The mirror ghost works as the night-shift security guard, the starving ghost manages the fridge, and the holdout ghost guards the front door... Other people worry about hidden problems when buying a house, but he seeks out haunted houses for bargains. They're cheap, and ghosts make the best property managers.

That is, until he comes across a house with no notes. Something inside speaks:

"You're finally here, landlord."
