The Yin Contract: I Sign Contracts with Vengeful Ghosts

Mortuary Rules: If a corpse opens its eyes, freeze it immediately. If you hear knocking, do not answer. Once the lights go out, do not move.

Chen Mo followed the rules for five years without a single incident.

Until one night, when the six bodies he signed for became seven.

The extra item was a piece of yellow paper that couldn't be burned.

Written on it in blood were the words:

“Sign, and live. Refuse, and die.”

He signed his name in blood, and gained another identity.

For every ghost he takes in, he must sign a contract. Borrow the power of ghosts to repay the debt owed in years of life.

Chen Mo thought he had come out ahead.

Until he discovered that the final page of the yellow paper bore the tenth contract.

The name on it was his own.

When the Yin Contract remains unfulfilled, its master returns to the underworld.
