The God's Master Is Human

[No CP | Gentle, Guiding Mentor × Naive, Proud Son of the Heavenly Dao]

[Pure Familial Affection and Warm Mentor-Disciple Bond | Light Discipline | Mild Ensemble Cast]

Tianqing was the origin of heaven and earth, the Heavenly Dao's only child, and the supreme god of this world, beyond the reach of all.

Born knowing the principles governing all things, he saw through the changes of the stars and the cycles of life and death. The only thing he did not understand was human love, and he knew nothing of the world's suffering.

All people knelt before heaven and earth and worshiped the gods through the ages.

Until he met Ye Qianyun.

Ye Qianyun of Pillowcloud Ferry knew that he was the young child of the Heavenly Dao, standing above all living beings, yet never fawned over him or feared him, nor did he demand that he follow worldly rites.

He embraced Tianqing's naive directness and indulged his divine pride, patiently and gently teaching him the warmth and coldness of human relationships and guiding him through the countless facets of the mortal world.

All people feared the might of the Heavenly Dao. Only Ye Qianyun treated the supreme god as a child who needed careful guidance as he slowly grew up.

Amid endless wind and snow on a lonely mountain for ten thousand years, all living beings across the world were merely passing travelers.

Only his mentor, only Pillowcloud Ferry, became the sole human refuge in the Heavenly Dao's young child's long years.
