Transmigrated to the Late Ming Dynasty: From the Start, I Defend the Frontier as Thunder God of Liaodong

In the eighth year of the Chongzhen reign, I transmigrated to Liaodong and started out as the commander of a fortified stockade.

I play with nothing but thunder, mastering every kind of explosive under the sun!

I improved the old thunderclap bombs mounted atop city walls, and built hand-thrown palm-sized thunder bombs and Liaodong fragmentation bombs;

I laid tripwire mines, triggered ambush mines, and linked mines for hidden troops;

I mounted a whirlwind bomb launcher on a cart to hurl huge camp-busting bombs, and used a bed crossbow to fire flying thunder arrows;

I defended the walls with anti-climbing bombs, raided camps with fire bombs, and planted minefields in mountain valleys.

The mighty Red Barbary cannons covered us from afar, while elite flintlock troops helped finish off the enemy at mid-range.

But what truly decides victory is always the sky full of screaming, flaming explosives!

The Eight Banners cavalry rampages beyond the passes, but no matter how fiercely they charge, they can't withstand explosions thundering across the land.

Billowing smoke, flesh and blood flying everywhere: the Jianzhou invaders tremble at my name, and the world calls me the Thunder God!

Hold Liaodong, sweep away the Jianzhou invaders, and use countless thunderous explosions to restore the lands of the Great Ming!
