If the Chief System had to name the one thing it regretted most in its entire existence, it would be letting one of its subordinate Systems bind itself to Shen Mu.

To keep the small worlds safe, the Chief System has no choice but to erase Shen Mu's memories and send him back in to soothe the lunatics.
Shen Mu is delighted.
Although the System assigns him all kinds of bizarre missions, he doesn't have to do any of them. He just does whatever he likes and gets up to a little mischief, and the missions complete themselves.
Besides, every world has a gorgeous husband who perfectly fits his tastes and will come running to serve him as soon as he crooks a finger.
