Republican Era: The Tongmenghui Elder's Son Founds the Chu Army to Fight the Japanese

[Hardcore War of Resistance, no System, a fiery epic of national defiance forged in blood and tears]

Chen Xingzhe returns from the Berlin Military Academy with a wealth of German staff expertise and the remnants of his father's troops.

From western Hubei to Hubei, from central China to northern China. Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan: he fights in every major battle.

Through fourteen years of resistance, his armor is wiped out, his arsenal bombed, and his hair turns white overnight. The mountain folk of eastern Sichuan carry German-style ammunition on their shoulders and backs, holding off the Japanese invaders with their flesh and blood. In the end, he forges an iron Great Wall of national defiance with an elite force of two hundred thousand hardened soldiers.
