From Death Row to Great Qin: A Zombie Outbreak from the Start

[Transmigration] [No System] [Great Qin] [Zombies] In the thirty-fifth year of the First Emperor’s reign, darkness blanketed the depths beneath Mount Li. Chen Fan, a modern-day visitor who had transmigrated to Great Qin three years earlier, had once been a squad leader on the blood-soaked northern frontier. Now, after being implicated in a defeat, he was a death-row convict forced to build the First Emperor’s mausoleum. Han Yunhua, a descendant of the former royal house of Han, offered herself to him in exchange for his help escaping. But clear-headed and practical, Chen Fan turned her down. He pretended to work while secretly investigating escape routes, waiting for the First Emperor’s death two years later to plunge the world into chaos. But before the fires of war could arrive, disaster erupted in the underground palace. Those who were bitten began to go mad and mutate one after another, and crazed infected people swept through the mausoleum. They had yet to escape the fate of being buried alive, and now a strange corpse plague had descended. Trapped far beneath the earth, Chen Fan must navigate the Qin guards, guard against humanity’s collapse, and fight deadly mutations. Between the brutal laws of the Qin dynasty and a fatal plague, he must claw out a sliver of hope with his life on the line.
