After Gu Tingyun traveled through time, he took over an ancient evidence shop that was about to close down. She could hear a muffled voice from the deceased's belongings, but the muffled voice was not the truth, let alone a word of condemnation. An embroidered shoe fished out of the river brings out the covered death; a broken cable brings out the missing child and the tampered wages account; and an old copper lock brings her father's old case to the capital. Others were afraid that the dead would speak, but Gu Tingyun was afraid that the living would leave no evidence. Examining objects, tracing traces, checking accounts, and searching for evidence, she wants every last word that no one can hear to become evidence that everyone can review.
