In this world, anyone who breaks through the genetic lock can become superhuman, while developing their genetic chain can unleash astonishing supernatural abilities. They are known as: Espers!
Huo Lingfei broke through the genetic lock and awakened Di Yan, an extremely high-risk heat-based ability. He began loading abilities into his genetic skill tree like crazy!
"Why can a fire-type Esper like you use wind abilities?"
Huo Lingfei: "Ever heard of hot air currents?"
"Then how do you explain your ice abilities?"
Huo Lingfei: "Ever heard of the law of conservation of energy? I just move the heat away."
When an interstellar civilization suddenly invaded, everyone felt as if time itself had frozen.
No, it really had frozen!
"Thermodynamics tells us that without thermal energy... it's the same as time standing still!" Huo Lingfei said earnestly.
To hell with your thermodynamics!
Who taught you this stuff?!
Why isn't the previous duck soup replaced?
