Memoirs of the Emperor and Empress

(Initial idea? It might be a short story, mainly sweet romance with some political intrigue.)

As you can see, these are just my memories.

I am an emperor, and by the standards of the people of this realm, I am also a wise ruler.

I have an empress. She can be a little slow on the uptake, but I love her all the same.

I have so many memories with my empress. Where should I begin?

I suppose I'll just pick out a few things I remember.

Everyone, it's time to pay attention, because my memories are about to begin.

(Author be like: Maybe he's a wise ruler? Maybe he's an innocent madman? Maybe it's a sweet romance? Maybe it's tragic? Maybe it's political intrigue? Maybe it should be a chaotic mix of everything? Maybe it's a reverse harem? But the only match for the protagonist, "I," is the empress, thank you. No fooling around.)

The author's idea is pure classical Chinese style. Any resemblance is a coincidence, thank you. The current plan might not have both leads be each other's first, depending on how the story develops!!!

The life story of a crown prince who ascends to the pinnacle of power for love.

"Zhiwan" is the empress. People say the emperor and empress are deeply devoted to each other, and that's not wrong. But no one knows she has a secret. No one knows about it except her late grandmother...

She kept it hidden all her life. In the end, it seems it no longer even counts as a secret.
