From the Start, I Came to Check Your Water Meter. You Call This an Ordinary Sect?

Spiritual qi revival begins, great demons burst from the earth, and the whole world changes!

Chu Jingzhe is burying his master on Mount Yuhua when a shower of meteors suddenly streaks across the sky, activating the Wuji Sect Revival System.

He has just collected his beginner's gift pack and is about to put on a grand show when the next second

“Open up! Water meter inspection! Someone reported an unidentified high-energy reaction in your home!”

Faced with a special operations squad breaking down his door, Chu Jingzhe can only grit his teeth, conjure an immortal's majesty, and bluff his way through.

Unexpectedly, the official Special Operations Bureau drops to its knees, wildly imagining things:

“Holy crap! So China really does have hidden immortal sects that have guarded the Nine Provinces for ten thousand years?!”

And so everything goes completely off the rails.

The authorities shower him with resources, people across the internet beg for a chance at immortality, and foreign countries are left stunned!

When disaster runs rampant and great demons flatten lands overseas, Chu Jingzhe's seven personal disciples appear out of nowhere and split the vast sea with a single sword!

Behind the scenes, Chu Jingzhe sips tea and watches his System rewards pile up. “Stop worshipping me. I'm really just an ordinary sect master who came to check the water meter...”
