Apart from anything else, I was really speechless when I saw the suspect holding hostages at the police station. I won't complain about other things like arresting people only if there is solid evidence. If you are suspected, you can be detained for 24 hours. You are really not afraid of the suspect running away. You have to find almost all the evidence before arresting someone. I don't know if the author really thinks this way or if he uses AI. Anyway, it feels too idealistic and unreal. This is the second of the three books I read by the author, but it feels really average. Let's go read the last one.
