Seeking the Way Amidst Broken Mountains

A fragmentary scripture, seven spirit stones, and a path to immortality that might not lead anywhere. Wu Shijing, a wandering cultivator from the countryside, is stuck at the second Qi Refining layer. Seeking a chance to break through, he joins a stranger, the cultivator Shen Yan, and enters the old ruins of West Mountain. No legacy is waiting there to be claimed. Sects, old cases, spiritual roots, and karma all turn of their own accord. All he can rely on is each choice he makes, and the price that cannot be erased once it has been paid.
