With the college entrance exams over, and with Zhang Qian now an adult who can't just hit people whenever he wants, he feels a little down. He's just about to pull out his phone and let off some steam when, before he can even start, his body heats up and he suddenly gets dizzy. He thinks he's worn himself out, but it turns out he's awakened a superpower.
But just as Zhang Qian gets to grips with his ability and decides to become the world's judge, members of a special department show up at his door the next day.
