From the Start, I'm in Charge of an Entire Region?

Written entirely by hand.

As the First Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, he received an order transferring him to Handong.

It also made him think again of the story of In the Name of the People.

As a sharp blade in the hands of his superiors, he rose step by step from the grassroots.

Handong University was where his dream first took flight,

and also a place he had always tried to avoid getting involved in.

In the end, he returned here after all.

I’m no good at writing introductions, so please read the story.

It starts in Handong, but it’s about more than Handong!
