[Slay the Gods fan fiction + breaking up the canon couples + Cao Yuan pairing + socially anxious Flower God + mutual healing + lighthearted and doted-on by everyone + shy and gentle but not weak + original elements]

When the masked man smashed through the window, Yu Tinghe didn’t scream for help.

She just curled up in the corner with her eyes closed, whispering, “You can’t see me, you can’t see me...”

The next second, sunflowers bloomed throughout the entire building.

The 136th Rescue Team fell silent. So did the masked man. Only Yu Tinghe crouched in a sea of flowers, hiding her face behind a leaf. “Sorry, I always bloom when I’m nervous.”

She was the proxy of the God of a Hundred Flowers, and her emotions caused different flowers to bloom. The flowers could stop bleeding, heal injuries, and cleanse contamination. The only problem was that she couldn’t control her emotions at all.

Until she met Cao Yuan.

Everyone else felt only violence and bloodlust when they approached the Black King. But when she came near, a drooping little black flower sprouted by Cao Yuan’s feet.

Later, when the Black King completely lost control, everyone told her to run.

But Yu Tinghe walked against the crowd toward him, clutching the black flower she had raised for so long.

“You once took me home.”

“This time, I’ll bring you back.”
