My Villainous Master Is Frail, So I'll Take Care of Him

[Two male leads + younger disciple and older master + ailing master + mutual unrequited love + forced love + faked death + both are virgins + redemption]

Flirtatious, playful assassin master with a stack of secret identities and little time left to live, in the receiving role x outwardly obedient poison doctor disciple with intense possessiveness and a caring nature, in the giving role

Shen Xingluo, the Immortal Lord of Qiyun, defeated the Demon Lord ten years ago. Now his meridians are shattered, and he depends on his disciple to bring him medicine.

His disciple Yan Chi has served him faithfully for ten years, brewing medicine, washing his clothes, and using his own heart's blood as an ingredient.

Shen Xingluo thinks Yan Chi is simply a good disciple, while Yan Chi thinks his master is just a sickly invalid.

Until the Shadow Order's notice appears: Someone has offered a hundred million for Yan Chi's life. Note: If you encounter Shen Xingluo, you can leave him half-dead, too.

Shen Xingluo sets down his medicine bowl and assumes Gui Chi's secret identity.

He meant to find out who dared target his disciple, but discovers that the little disciple who brings him medicine and washes his feet is hiding poisoned needles in his sleeve.

It turns out his well-behaved disciple is a madman behind closed doors, too.

In the dead of night, Shen Xingluo grabs Yan Chi by the collar. "You're hiding something from your master."

Yan Chi doesn't answer. Instead, he pulls him into his arms, his voice obsessive and sickly:

"If you dare leave, Master, I'll lock you by my side."

"For the rest of your life."
