Midnight Dorm Supervisor: It Begins When I Can Understand the Dead

Strange murders keep occurring at Ningcheng University, leaving Shen Wei, a cool and beautiful criminal psychology instructor, deeply troubled. Every night, she stays up in the surveillance room with her legs wrapped in black stockings, yet she has not caught so much as a glimpse of the killer.

No one knows that Lu Yuan, the timid night-shift dorm supervisor who acts meek around everyone, has the campus belle who died just last night and the cafeteria lady sitting at his bedside. “Xiao Lu, the bastard who killed me has a mole on his left butt cheek!”

A hidden necromancer, Lu Yuan is forced to disguise the dead woman’s testimony as “microexpression analysis” to give Shen Wei a few pointers as he seeks revenge for the cafeteria lady.

As one case after another is solved, Shen Wei, the icy older-sister type, pins Lu Yuan against the wall in the dorm supervisor’s office and breathes softly, “Lu Yuan, just how many talents are you hiding? Tonight, I want to get to know you better...”

Lu Yuan is at a loss. Big sis, I really can’t do deduction. The dead are just way too chatty!
