The Evernight Descends: Every Monster I Kill Drops Goddess Gear

On prom night, the sky tore open and eternal night descended. Frigid rain tinged with a fluorescent glow poured down.

Half of humanity mutated into zombies. Monsters from other dimensions broke through one after another, and firearms gradually stopped working. Human civilization collapsed overnight.

Lin Chen awakened dual lightning-and-fire abilities, along with the talent to devour and assimilate. But why does killing monsters always drop gear for his childhood sweetheart, the campus goddess?!

He gathers a six-person squad, slays the Zombie King, exterminates succubi, clears goblin nests, and builds the Hall of Eternal Night. Together, they fight their way through the apocalypse and ultimately ascend to the throne as the supreme ruler of humanity.
