In 1997, before the Narcotics Control Bureau had even been established, a sudden drug crisis struck Haran City in northeast China. An elite task force was hastily assembled. Each member had their own specialty, but none of them knew anything about the new drugs... The young detectives had to face not only ruthless drug trafficking gangs and cunning, bizarre smuggling methods, but also the difficult choices between love and the law, and the tests of justice and human nature. Standing shoulder to shoulder and overcoming every obstacle, they forged a stirring legend of fighting crime and bringing the wicked to justice.
