[Ensemble cast] [Contrast] [Pseudo-invincible protagonist] [Fairly brisk pacing] [May have a heroine] [Vast worldbuilding] [Rich plotlines] [Amateur author] [The blurb doesn’t do it justice, just read the story]
This is an age of mistakes.
In the past, human technology had reached its peak. Humanity ascended to a higher dimension as one, and laid bare all the world’s known knowledge, making it as transparent as glass.
But they were not satisfied. They set their sights on an “unknown domain” that, in theory, did not exist at all.
They wanted to “steal” an answer to a question that had no answer. They were mad, all of them.
“What is that?”
The world’s underlying code had developed a flaw. Even the slightest change could trigger a chain reaction. At best, civilization would regress; at worst, the world would be destroyed.
“We are sinners.”
In our era, everything has regressed technologically, even across the endless depths of space. No one knows how glorious that age once was, and most of its knowledge can no longer be put to use in today’s world.
The world was not destroyed. The erroneous code and the correct code reached a strange balance. And, just as games always seem to have glitches, this world developed glitches of its own within that strange balance.
They take the form of deformed monsters whose abilities are beyond our understanding, and against which modern technology is powerless. Yet some people gained the ability to fight them amid this strange balance: a power that twists the rules.
We call these monsters Order-Breaking Beasts.
Those people are known as the Order-Deficient, the Misordered, or the Mutated.
[Healing and redemption + no angst]
When I saw Chapter 357, the writing was still not very good. The author is a novice. I don't know how to write about sweetness, swordsmanship, and combat. The author still needs to improve his writing skills and try to find his own style. 💕💕💕 Support 😘
The author is not a full-time writer and cannot update all the time, but I can wait a while and it will not be unfinished. My dream is to write a story with a soul.
