A hundred years ago, the Source Ruins descended, and alien beasts ran rampant. Humanity entered an age in which everyone could awaken a Fate Mark.
A Fate Mark's rank determines one's talent, as well as one's potential.
The strong are born to shine, while the weak are destined to look up to geniuses.
Then he awakened a D-rank Fate Mark with no combat ability whatsoever: [Patterncraft].
Others saw flames, lightning, and extraordinary powers. He saw the underlying structures through which those powers operated.
If the human body couldn't withstand more source energy, then he would build a second extraordinary circuit outside the body!
And so, the world's first Soul Armor was born.
Low-rank Fate Marks could now fight above their level, support abilities could be reconstructed and evolved, and ordinary Awakened who had once been deemed to have no future could don armor and take the battlefield.
From the first prototype to entire armies armored at once; from a single city to all of human civilization.
While the old world was still arguing over whether talent determined destiny, he had already created a second talent for all of humanity.
Later, history books would call that year:
The First Year of Soul Armor.
The materials used in the structure can be handled in the early stage. Will the materials be able to handle it when there are more things later? Isn't it active energy? There are also routes running inside the body. It should be possible to add a set outside the body.

Nice to read. I hope the author will update more.
It's a very special novel. I feel like it's very well written in terms of experimentation and improvement. Good luck to the author.
