One day, the world where Detes lived was drawn in by the gravity of another, much larger world. To prevent their world from being destroyed, the world's will forcibly separated the two worlds, but suffered devastating injuries in the process. More than a dozen fragments of the world's will fell into the two worlds.

Detes, who had been slacking off for 114,514 days, was yanked out of bed by his boss, Apollon, and ordered to become an explorer of other worlds and retrieve the lost fragments of the world's will.

Detes: "Boss, why me?"

Apollon: "Because you're the most suitable."

Detes: "? Wait, isn't there also..."
