Hong Kong Crossover: I Asked You to Be a Gangster, and You Built a Mercenary Corps

Hong Kong, 1986. Gangs are everywhere, and the rules of the underworld are set by the cleavers in the hands of the street thugs.

Luo Yi transmigrates as a low-ranking Blue Lantern in Hung Hing, but unexpectedly binds to the “Blackwater Mercenary Summoning System.”

With enough money, he can summon an unlimited number of absolutely loyal, fully armed modern elite troops.

Ten thousand Hong Kong dollars summons a tactical assault trooper, one hundred thousand summons a heavy-weapons machine gunner, and a million gets you an armed helicopter!

While Chen Haonan is still struggling to seize territory with a watermelon knife, Luo Yi’s men are already wearing tactical body armor.

When Kwun Lung tries to throw his weight around, more than a dozen infrared laser sights are already trained on his head.

While the big shots of Hong Kong Island are fighting and dying over protection money from a few streets, Luo Yi already owns the world’s largest Havoc financial conglomerate.

“You want to talk underworld rules? My Gatling gun is the only new rule on Hong Kong Island!”

Starting by clearing out street punks, Luo Yi uses overwhelming force to swallow up gangs and take on powerful families, ultimately becoming the uncrowned king who controls the globe.
