The Bronze Gate: I'm the Ancestor in The Grave Robbers' Chronicles

I was the stone left over after Nüwa mended the heavens. I was tied into the hair of the Human Emperor and accompanied him as he severed the Kunlun Heavenly Ladder. He became a door, and I fell into the human world, taking on a spirit form. I guarded him for five thousand years. Every few decades, I would fall asleep, and each time I awoke, a soul would cross the cycle of reincarnation and come before me again, saying, “You're awake.” I guarded the secret behind the Bronze Gate for five thousand years. In this life, they call me Ancestor.

The characters belong to Third Uncle. A new story is being written...
