In 1980, Bear Ya, the Kids' Boss, Gets into Trouble Again

Era setting + countryside + little kids + heartwarming + healing + everyday life + no System + no golden finger

“Dad, Dad, that looks like so much fun.”

Xiong Ya reached out with her little hand and snatched the bowl and chopsticks, then poured all the brine into the soy milk with a glug.

She stirred wildly with the chopsticks, splashing soy milk all over Xiong Changlin’s face.

“Fun, fun, so much fun!”

“Xiong Ya!”

Xiong Ya looked up. “What is it, Dad?”

Her father’s face was stern, with soy milk still dripping down his cheeks.

“Not fun.”

She took off running.

“Big Brother, she’s just a child! Make another batch.”

“Ya’s dad, let me do it. You go rest.”

Those were Xiong Ya’s grandmother and mother.

“Big Sis, wait for me!”

There was always a little one trailing behind Xiong Ya.

A somewhat older boy watched the scene and shook his head.

This was just another day in the Xiong family.
