A Family of Villains: My Eldest Brother Returned from Cultivation and Went on a Rampage

[Historical household intrigue + hilarious absurdity + an entire cast of villains: a troublemaking young lady versus a violent older brother who kills first and crushes your spirit after]

Su Wanwan, the Marquis’s legitimate daughter, is a natural-born troublemaker. She causes a commotion every day and keeps the entire household in chaos. Unfortunately, she has a spineless, useless father and a scheming half-brother who plays the victim while trying to steal the family fortune.

Her half-brother’s eyes turn red. “It’s all right if Sister makes me kneel in the snow, as long as it makes her happy...”

Just as Su Wanwan is about to be punished by her father, her eldest brother, who spent ten years training as a sword cultivator in the immortal realm, kicks the gate to pieces.

He doesn’t listen to anyone’s explanations. He draws his sword and slices off their father’s official hat, then slaps his scheming half-brother into the lotus pond. “Your Dao heart is this fragile? What use are you?”

Su Wanwan assumes her eldest brother has come back to stand up for her, but instead he points at her. “You good-for-nothing! Starting today, you’re running fifty miles with weights!”

Other families fight over household power with poison and pillow talk. In the Su family, their eldest brother simply flies on his sword and tears off the other side’s roof.

When a villainous prince brings troops to threaten them, her brother cleaves open the gates of the imperial city with one stroke. Then he turns to Su Wanwan and says, “Sis, go break that prince’s legs. I’ll take care of everything.”

Su Wanwan gets it now. This isn’t cultivation. Their ancestor has descended to earth!
