My name is Tang Zhan. I run Fumo Studio in Hancheng, and my family has passed down the art of blessing for generations.
Other people draw talismans to seek wealth and safety. I draw them to exorcise demons and vanquish evil.
Vampires, werewolves, and onmyoji have all been flocking to Hancheng lately.
The Vampire Emperor Augustus has declared that he'll turn the entire city into his hunting ground.
The eight elite guards under his command, from the eighth seat to the first, are each less human than the last.
All I have is a talisman brush, a few stacks of red paper, and a taciturn sidekick.
Close combat? I'll fight you head-on. “Dragon-Horse Vitality” coats me in golden light and doubles my strength and speed. My left hand hits hard, and my right hits even harder.
Trying to run? Actually, I'm a mage. “Blessings as Vast as the Eastern Sea”: let's see you survive one slap from this talisman.
Not enough? I've got a whole stack more.
Hancheng is where I grew up.
There's plenty of good fortune here. Let's see if you monsters and demons can handle it.
