Emotions are not absolutely good or evil. The real danger is not sadness, anger, and fear, but the stagnant emotions that cannot return to their master after being suppressed, plundered, and manipulated.
Redemption is not to eliminate pain for others, but to give people the choice to face, retain or let go of their emotions.
