You Found an Appointment Letter, So You Really Became a General?

[Fight the Japanese invaders] + [No System] + [No transmigration] + [Decisive and ruthless] + [Hot-blooded young hero]

At a mass grave, Zhang Xiaode finds a bloodstained temporary officer’s appointment slip.

To survive the warlord conflicts, he assumes the name “Zhang Shaoyang” and becomes a second lieutenant platoon leader in the Northeastern Army.

He thinks it’s a game of imposture where he could lose his head at any moment.

But after one bloody battle after another against the Japanese invaders, his ranks grow and his position begins to rise.

As Beidaying falls back, Zhang Shaoyang’s cannon blocks the road!

“You can run if you want, but leave your guns and soldiers behind. I’m going to fight the Japanese!”

Who would have thought this madman, bold enough to block the commander’s road out of the pass with a cannon, had been nothing more than a dirt-poor country boy hunted by the Japanese army just a year earlier?

You won’t resist? Then I will!

He fights his way up from second lieutenant platoon leader to a battle-hardened army commander.

He gathers scattered troops beyond the pass, seizes Japanese weapons in Fengtian, and fights bloody battles at the Great Wall and in Wanping!
