Stop reading about Ash getting beaten down and picking himself back up over and over!
This book tears out all the frustration and regrets of the original. Ash is no longer all heart and no sense, stumbling into one wall after another. His vision, tactics, and decisiveness are all maxed out. Pikachu no longer has to rely on the plot to save the day, either. Its thunderous power is fully unleashed, crushing powerful opponents head-on. Whether it's a rival's ace or an exalted Legendary Pokemon, it takes them all on without hesitation.
No endless, pointless grinding. No forced losses that make the characters look stupid. Battles hit hard, and comebacks come from skill, not nostalgia. They steamroll every powerful opponent in their path, finally winning back everything they once had to give up.
[Author's Note]
I wrote this fanfic to fulfill the long-held wish of someone who watched the series for years. I don't want to see Ash miss out on the championship time after time, or Pikachu being made to lose on purpose. I want this duo to go all out, win, and fight to their hearts' content. If you're tired of the original leaving you with regrets, then this book is for you.
To put it in perspective, you can read it as an original novel. The plot is dark and the script of the title has nothing to do with the original work. If you want to watch Xiaozhi make up for the regrets of the animation, you can withdraw it. I'm not interested anymore, because this is not the Xiaozhi I have in mind.
After reading three chapters, I just got one sentence, and it deviated from the original setting and resembled the comic version, focusing more on dark-type Pokémon.
I give you five stars and support Zhiwen
