Like Fine Rain Drifting Down Without a Cause

This story begins in a summer of steady drizzle and ends in high summer.

In their senior year of high school, raindrops beat against the empty steps of Guancheng No. 1 High School, and against the boys' hearts.

When girls dumping their leftover soup sparks the boys' fury over losing points, when meal deliveries during cafeteria renovations turn into a mad scramble for food and a battleground between boys and girls, when the domineering class monitor waves the banner of "feminism" and stirs up a storm in class...

As senior year begins, the little classroom becomes a stage where conflicts and adolescent hormones intertwine. Countless small incidents, each like a raindrop, flow together and wash over these young people as they prepare to say goodbye to their youth.
