“Coming days” refers to tomorrow and the days ahead in the Chinese almanac. It is a privilege unique to the living. In the old days, “date selectors” used a family almanac passed down through generations to determine whether weddings, funerals, construction, burials, and long journeys would bring good or ill fortune. Every “coming day” was marked with its Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches, suitable and unsuitable activities, and omens of fortune or misfortune.
One night, every future date in the almanac turned blank.
“The coming days are unclear!”
Then yin and yang fell into disorder, and days became accounts.
The accounts are alive. They are waiting for someone to acknowledge them, and they will also devour people.
Not bad, come on newcomers!
