In a parallel Eastern Han Dynasty where "school is the world", Liu Bei, a D-level student from a poor family, met Zhang Fei and Guan Yu after returning to school. The three became sworn brothers in the war of the Yellow Turban Uprising, and were involved in Dong Zhuo's conspiracy to seize power. They gradually moved from the bottom students to the center of the historical stage.
