Film and TV in the City: Liu Xing's Big Brother and His AFK Life

The moment Liu Chen opens his eyes, he discovers that he has transmigrated into a world where urban dramas have merged, and that he is now Liu Xing's older brother.

His family has just been reassembled: his mother, Liu Mei, has a fiery temper; his stepfather, Xia Donghai, is gentle and dependable; Liu Xing is always getting into trouble; Xia Xue regards everything with suspicion; and Xia Yu provides the family with a fresh domestic disaster every day.

Fortunately, Liu Chen has also gained an AFK mini-game System.

While others AFK to farm god-tier gear, he AFKs to run a convenience store, an indie game studio, a talent agency, and a future lab. Experience, clues, and opportunities from the games can be brought into reality, but only if he personally achieves the corresponding real-world milestones.

From a game called Who Took My Snacks? to his very own game company; from a chaotic family of six to an ever livelier urban life, Bei Weiwei, Qiao Jingjing, Jiang Lai, Zhu Suosuo, and others all enter his life one after another.

Liu Chen is handsome, quick with a witty retort, and knows where to draw the line. He never pretends to be deeply in love.

If he likes someone, he says so. If his heart skips a beat, he doesn't deny it. He can be a playboy, but never a creep. He can keep a harem, but he has to take responsibility for the trouble he causes.

At first, all he wanted was to AFK in peace and coast to an easy win.

Only later does he realize that the System can help him accumulate advantages, but it can't start a business or fall in love for him, much less help him protect this noisy, bickering family.
