He entered the mountains and waters of Canglan Changbai, making ecological industries renowned throughout Jiuzhou.

He moved into the old industrial base of Liaojin, bringing silent factories roaring back to life.

He ventured onto Hanzhou's vast grasslands, using new energy industries to strengthen the northern frontier!

From one village to one county, from one province to the White Mountains and Black Waters.

From the first paycheck earned close to home to one young person after another returning with their luggage after years away.

Years later, someone asked Chen Zhao, "What do you want to make the Northeast into?"
