A dilapidated sailing ship, the "White Ou", encountered a storm on its way to the Southeast Asia, deviated from its course, and broke into a sea area that did not exist on any nautical charts. The crew discovered that there was a cold fluorescence on the sea surface that did not belong to the stars, the moon, or the creatures in the sea.
