(National fortune + looting and extraction)
After failing to extract for seven hours straight, Lin Yan’s computer finally couldn’t take it anymore and blew up, sending him to a world where the Delta Force game determines national fortune. Here, schools teach map callouts and shooting practice. Even tutoring classes are held in internet cafes, and everyone has a chance to awaken a talent after turning eighteen. Only those with talents can take part in the national-fortune game. The valuable red-tier loot brought back from the game also has special effects: the Rejuvenation Ventilator boosts all physical attributes, the Heart of Africa upgrades a talent, and the Tears of the Ocean grant a second talent. Lin Yan awakens the talent Loot Insight. The contestants from other countries say, “Well, what else can we say? You can have all the red-tier loot.”
(The novel’s setting is definitely different from the game’s, and there will certainly be original maps later on. Please follow the novel’s setting.)
