From Cannon Fodder to General

Programmer Li Ang transmigrates into the hell of Shanghai in 1937, where he becomes Zhao Tiezhu, a low-ranking cannon fodder soldier who could die at any moment.

With an old Hanyang rifle in hand, he fights across thousands of miles of smoke and fire. He breaks out of Nanjing, holds the line in northern Jiangsu, battles with bayonets at Taierzhuang, and raids the enemy in the mountains of southern Henan.

As his brothers fall one by one before his eyes, he claws his way out of a sea of corpses and blood, fighting to the death at every turn. From an unknown cannon fodder soldier, he rises to become a steel-hearted general whose name strikes fear into the Japanese invaders.

His hot-blooded spirit never cools. He vows to reclaim the shattered land!
