After transmigrating into the Hokage world, Chen Zhi became a good-for-nothing Konoha genin and was cornered by Rain ninjas from the start. Luckily, he awakened the [Fourth Disaster System], which let him summon Earth players to the shinobi world as “residents.” For every thousand players he added, Chen Zhi could draw 1% of their combined stats and unlock a ridiculously powerful privilege! And so, an incredibly stingy, unscrupulous village leader was born.

The whole story took a sharp turn. Orochimaru watched players bounce back to life after being dissected, and his scientific worldview collapsed. Pain's Almighty Push was countered by players using “invincibility-frame exploits.” Just as Uchiha Madara shouted, “Do you want to dance too?”, ten thousand players covered in Explosive Tags, howling as they rushed to claim the first kill, completely buried him.

When the Fourth Shinobi World War broke out, Chen Zhi stood atop the Hokage Monument and waved his hand. “Brothers, the new expansion is live! The first player to kill Uchiha Madara gets a Zanpakuto!” The entire shinobi world watched this horde of immortal lunatics and sank into deep despair.
