The Time That Years Stole Away

Childhood Sweethearts: A Group of Boys Grow Up Together, with Plenty of Scenes from Their Youth

I'd like to read something similar to Three Childhood Friends Make a Play. I'm looking for a book like it: an original, creative story about several boys who grow up together and all fall for the female lead when they're older. The writing is good and has a literary feel.
