His name is Marcus Jarvis, sometimes known as "Mr. MJ."
This is one of the thousands of parallel worlds of Spider-Man, and it is also the most inconspicuous one.
He is not a time traveler, but he has a rough life experience (the son of an unknown Iron Man). He was attacked on a rainy night and activated the magical abilities hidden in his body (unable to use independently, controlled by emotions).
He was accidentally rescued by a kind man named "Ben Parker".
From then on, he had a chatty brother "Peter Parker" who was the same age.
They talked about everything and were bitten by the same spider one after another at the same scientific research exhibition.
Incidents cause the plot to change.
The only thing that hasn't changed is that "Peter Parker" is still the same - Spider-Man.
But he's no longer alone.
