Reborn in the 1970s: Building a Canning Business and Making a Fortune

In 1979, an economics prodigy transmigrates into the body of Jiang Xiaochuan, an educated youth sent down to the countryside. He settles in Jianhua Brigade, Shangdang, Jin Province. At the time, supplies are scarce, work points are worth little, and educated youths face constant exclusion and harassment. Armed with knowledge of the future and his professional expertise, he resolves conflicts between the educated youths and villagers, puts wasteland to use, and makes the most of the wild peaches growing in the hills. He leads a group of down-and-out educated youths in starting a canned-food business, carving out a path to prosperity and a spectacular comeback in the impoverished 1970s.
