Three years ago, Shen Zhixia was diagnosed with a terminal illness and caught her husband, Zhou Mingxuan, having an affair with her cousin. To protect the baby she was carrying, she played along, faked her death by drowning, and fled to the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with a mysterious spirit-spring space.
Three years later, at the International Trade Tower in the Special Zone, Shen Zhixia has reinvented herself as a Hong Kong business representative with a fortune at her disposal. Across the negotiating table, desperately seeking funding, sits her ex-husband, whose company is on the brink of bankruptcy!
To turn the outrageously expensive orchids she cultivated in her space into legitimate money, she has to secure a controlling stake in her ex-husband’s company today. She lays her trap step by step, forcing the scumbag to sign away everything with his own hand. But just as the deal is about to be sealed, her ex-husband tries to win her favor by revealing a devastating secret: he has found a lead on the whereabouts of the “premature baby” from all those years ago!
