Chu Sheng transmigrates into the Great Zhou Dynasty, a low-martial world, and binds himself to the Ultimate Corrupt Official System.
He can only grow stronger by taking bribes? Well, this is right in Chu Sheng's comfort zone.
To survive and establish himself in this low-martial dynasty, Chu Sheng has no choice but to embezzle, accept bribes, sell official posts, and line his own pockets. He becomes so corrupt that even other corrupt officials can't stand him.
Yet it's precisely because he's more corrupt than corrupt officials and more treacherous than treacherous ministers that the Great Zhou, once beset by turmoil at home and abroad, enters a second spring.
When the Great Zhou once again stands tall in the world:
The Empress: “My dear minister, bring extra stockings tonight. I'm afraid I won't have enough for you to tear.”
The court officials: “Chu Sheng? More like Chu Beast!”
The martial world: “Sects? What sects? We're the sharpest swords in the imperial court!”
The common folk: “Lord Chu is a corrupt official? What nonsense! We should build him a shrine for eternal worship!”
And so the Great Zhou's aristocratic clans get the strictest father they've ever had; corrupt officials and treacherous ministers are sent to live in the West Icehouse Grand Hotel; and the common folk finally stand tall!
Chu Sheng says:
“Who came up with these aristocratic clans? Hit them once and they drop gold coins!”
“The Empress's legs really are something. System, get me some more Balenciaga!”
“The martial arts sects are great! They're practically born to be exploited!”
“The common folk? What common folk? When in doubt, make them suffer first!”
P.S. The protagonist is not a good person!!! If you have a strong moral compass, stay away!!!
I have finished reading the three golden chapters. This book is a low-fantasy world. I don't feel very good about this system. Firstly, there are no novice rewards. Secondly, the protagonist is greedy for one or two million taels for the lottery, and no skills are given. Moreover, he draws three S-level ones, one is the true meaning, one is the pace, and the other is the empress's intimate clothes. The others are some infuriating and messy things. The infuriating energy drawn in the lottery is also the first-level infuriating energy, a wisp of infuriating energy. Why not directly reward the cultivation level?
After fighting hard and spending more money, what do you mean by S-class items? They are the underwear of the empress. If the protagonist takes out all the clothes in the future, can they be sold for 2 million each? After all, the cost is 1 million at a time.
I have no interest in reading anymore 🙂
