[Strongest female lead / no romance]
Gu Liuli was one of the people closest to graduating from the Heartless Dao in recent years.
Perhaps she wanted to improve too badly, and went mad while cultivating. Her sect forcibly suppressed her beneath its grounds.
She should have been trapped down there until she died, but an unusual celestial event finally broke her free. Just as she was preparing to resume her studies and earn her Heartless Dao diploma, she suddenly discovered that the world outside had changed. People were dressed in colorful clothes, and inexplicable words floated above their heads.
Gu Liuli frowned as rose petals burst across the sky, bearing a message that a hero from one sect was publicly declaring his love for a fairy from another. Everyone around her looked envious. She was the only one who wanted to cut them down with her sword.
The Heartless Dao naturally couldn't stand this sort of public spectacle.
Gu Liuli's cultivation had been sealed for over a thousand years. At present, she was only a cultivator who had just reached Foundation Establishment. Dressed in an old-fashioned Daoist robe that made her stand out from everyone around her, she wore a face as cold as frost.
“Hey, gorgeous, wanna exchange contact info?”
A nonchalant whale wandered over, striking what he thought was a cool pose and showing off his pay-to-win gear as he tried to add Gu Liuli as a friend.
Then he realized there wasn't even a message box beside her.
From that day on, someone began climbing the combat rankings on every server, starting at the very bottom and fighting their way to the top. No matter how deep anyone's pockets were, they couldn't stop her.
Even more shocking, when everyone compared notes, they discovered it was the same person on every server. They thought it was a bug and reported it to the game company, but even the company couldn't find this user.
“The Heartless Dao: prove the Dao through killing.”
Seriously, do you think you know why she, Gu Liuli, was sealed away in the first place?
