Thirty Years Sweeping the Sect, Now the Patriarch Begs Me to Come Out of Retirement

In the back mountains of Xuantian Sect lived an inconspicuous old sweeper named Cen Zhou Weng.

For thirty whole years, he cleared fallen leaves from the mountain every day. All the sect's disciples, elders, and even ancestors considered him a good-for-nothing cultivator. They mocked him and ignored him at will, and no one was willing to spare him a second glance.

But no one knew that Cen Zhou Weng had attained the Dao through sweeping. Every swing of his broom wielded the laws of the universe, and dust itself could slay gods and demons. He had long since ascended to the position of Dao Ancestor across the myriad worlds.

He willingly remained in hiding in the back mountains, using his own Dao foundation to suppress the demonic seal in the Soul-Falling Abyss below the mountain and silently protect the sect's peace.

Until a traitor colluded with the Demon Venerable, and the seal suddenly broke. A demonic tide swept over the sect, leaving it on the brink of destruction. The normally haughty Nascent Soul Ancestors were helpless. Casting aside all dignity, they knelt together before the old sweeper, weeping bitterly and kowtowing as they begged Cen Zhou Weng to save them.

For thirty years, no one asked after him. In a single day, the whole world knelt before him.

The menial servant once cast aside like trash had become the sect's only hope of survival.

Holding his old bamboo broom, Cen Zhou Weng looked up calmly and said, “All I ever wanted was to sweep the fallen leaves from the mountain. Since you're so determined to beg me, then come with me. Let's wipe out this demonic threat together.”
