Reborn with Three Rebellious Brothers, I Run Wild in Heaven

During the ancient war, a crimson lotus of karmic fire was born amid blood and flames, bearing the world's deepest karmic burden.

A thousand years later, Nezha happened upon her and helped her take human form. He named her Lian Yaoyao, and she became the little sister he treasured above all else.

Later, she met Sun Wukong and Yang Jian, too. These three fearless, rebellious older brothers spoiled her without limit, letting her do as she pleased in the Celestial Court. Even the Jade Emperor had to show her some respect.

But Lian Yaoyao had no idea that she lived in the darkest period of decline in the history of divine civilization.

Fewer and fewer people on earth believed in the gods, and mortals turned instead to foreign deities. The immortals of the Celestial Court gradually lost their powers. Once their powers ran out, they would have to descend to the mortal world and endure tribulations to earn worship anew. And if they lost their last believer, they would perish, their souls and divinity destroyed forever.

Nezha had not helped her take form by chance.

She was a crimson lotus of karmic fire, and the karmic burden she bore was the only spark that could rekindle mortal faith.

"Yaoyao, your brothers have protected you for so long. This time, it's your turn to protect the entire Celestial Court."

From then on, the three rebels took their little lotus-sprite sister across the mortal world, helping the various gods of the Celestial Court win back their believers and return to Heaven.

"Anyone who dares lay a hand on my sister had better ask whether my Fire-Tipped Spear / Golden Cudgel / Three-Pointed, Double-Edged Blade agrees first."
